- 2% of the home’s base price for select move-in ready homes
- 1% of the home’s base price for most built-to-suit & under-construction homes
- $5,000 referral reward for all Villas series homes and homes in our Portofino community
- Double referral reward available on select Villas series homes in our Belterra community
