- 4% of the home’s base price* for qualifying homes listed below when in contract by May 30;
- 2% of the home’s base price* for completed homes listed in the MLS;
- 1% of the home’s base price* for completed and under-construction homes not listed in the MLS;
- $5,000 referral reward for any Build-to-Suit home;
- $2,500 referral reward available on Villas homes at Parc West
