• 4% of the home’s base price* for select homes listed below;
• 1% of the home’s base price* for under-construction homes or completed home not listed in the MLS;
• $5,000 referral reward for any Build-to-Suit home
• Increased $5,000 referral reward available on Villas homes at Parc West when in contract by April 30, 2026 (normally $2,500 referral reward)
