• 2% of the home’s base price* for completed homes listed in the MLS;
• 1% of the home’s base price* for under-construction homes or completed home not listed in the MLS;
• $5,000 referral reward for any Build-to-Suit home
• $2,500 referral reward available on Villas series homes

* Base price includes starting price of home and lot, excluding any lot premium and included home upgrades.
