Your sprinkler drip system filter is designed to capture sediment within the water, preventing buildup further down your sprinkler lines. To keep your drip system running smoothly, it is a good idea to clean the filters monthly. If you are a Granville Homeowner, the filter for your sprinkler drip system, attached to your sprinkler’s main water valve, is located on the front side of your home.   1. Step 1: Unscrew the Drip Filter Cap

    Locate the drip filter cap, and turn it counterclockwise to remove.

  2. Step 2: Remove the Aerator

    Take the aerator inside of the cap out. You may notice sediment buildup on the mesh.

  3. Step 3: Rinse the Aerator with Fresh Water to Clean

    Place the aerator under the hose bib and rinse with fresh water to clean out any debris.

  4. Step 4: Place the Aerator Back in the Drip Filter Cap

    Replacing the aerator into the drip filter cap.


  5. Step 5: Resecure the Drip Filter Cap

    Screw the drip filter cap clockwise to resecure. If you are still encountering problems with your drip system, please contact our customer care team for further instructions.
