Brookside Villas, our largest multifamily project to date, was completely full in just 4 months!

We love our furry and feathered friends here at Granville Homes, and employees are welcome to bring in their fur babies from time to time. This year, 5 of our employees welcomed 5 new pets to their families – four dogs and a duck!
2 New Babies Added to the GV Family
2 of our team members welcomed new little bundles of joy into their families this year!
24 New teammates
This year we welcomed 24 new members to our team across various departments including Marketing, Property Management, Administration, Accounting, Sales, and more!
2 wellness fairs held
We strive to maintain a healthy and dynamic workplace. At our wellness fairs, employees can receive free health screenings, get their flu shot, check out health-minded local companies, learn how to stay healthy, and more.
198 Daycare Bills Paid
One of the many benefits enjoyed by Granville’s employees is a monthly daycare allowance. Once the kids are older, we help cover after-school activities as well!
12 Full days and 3 Half Days Closed
So that our employees could spend time with their loved ones, we closed our offices for 12 full days and 3 half days in 2019.
158 meals served to our staff
We serve lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays, and breakfast on Fridays – just another perk of being part of the GV team!
4 times the whole company met
Over 100 employees converged to learn and grow at our quarterly all-staff meetings.
102 community events hosted
Throughout the year, we host various events to educate and entertain our current homeowners and those looking to buy a new home.
5 Lunch & Learns Hosted
In order to extend professional development, provide safety tips, promote team building, and more, we offer multiple free Lunch & Learn events for our employees.
207 New Homeowners
Over 200 new GV homeowners and their families moved in, celebrated birthdays and anniversaries, brought their babies home from the hospital, and gathered around the table for a Thanksgiving feast in the homes we built.
$2 million dollars donated
In 2019, thanks to the support of our homeowners and partners, Granville was able to assist more than 60 nonprofit and community organizations dedicated to improving the lives of families in our Valley.
